This Form is for anyone interested in an earlier installation appointment. MUST HAVE CONSULTATION COMPLETED ALREADY.
This form operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Anytime during the fully booked months, if I receive a cancellation, I will send a mass email or text message to let you know. Depending on how soon the appointment is scheduled, your waitlist placement will determine who gets the spot first. If I do not have any opening spots before your scheduled installation, I will remove you after your installation. When answering how early you would like to get them, please specify the day of the week that works best, rather than just weekend availability, or indicate that you're open to any day.
