Hair Prep:

Please come detangled. Hair can be washed and blow-dried during service, but you must not have any glue or matting.  This can result in an extra charge or cancellation of the appointment. You must also click "shampoo" as an add-on when booking.

Please do NOT add any oils or grease to hair prior to service. This can result in it remaining on your hair even after washing. 

Hair is provided with all services.

If you select "color," please ensure you send me the color you need when booking. 

For custom colors, please contact us.

Reschedule:

Before booking, please make sure the date you have chosen works for you. I understand things come up, but rescheduling with my schedule is hard. For reties and braids styles, please provide a 48-hour notice if any rescheduling is needed. For installation, please give a one-week notice. If I cannot reschedule you within that same month, which is very likely, then a $100 rescheduling fee will be applied. A $50 fee will be applied for reties & Braids.

If I have to reschedule, I will follow the same rules and give you a $100 discount (for installation) & a $50 discount for any other style. I try to prevent this from happening the best of my abilities.

NO EXTRA GUESTS. Please. Unless they are being serviced.

Late Fee:

Clients will be given a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that time, your appointment can be cancelled if I have a fully booked schedule.

If you do not contact me at least 12 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee as a no-call, no-show fee.

If I have a full schedule, I WILL have to cancel your appointment after 15 minutes. 

​

Payments:

The remaining balance should be paid by Cash (preferred method).

Credit and Debit card payments are allowed with a 5% processing fee. Payment Plans, such as Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm, are accepted with a 7% processing fee.

You must also sign a "completion of service contract" before finishing. Please text for more information on card payments. 

No refunds will be issued once you have left my chair.

Location:

Location is provided on my Instagram. It is also located on my website and is sent out via email 24 hours before the appointment, via the email provided. 

Travel:

A travel fee of $50 applies to all off-site locations.

With love:

I know we are all humans and things happen. So all I ask is that you please just communicate with me. Also, I need all my clients and potential clients to understand that I am human as well. I may have an emergency too. I try my best to avoid them but things happen and I will communicate as soon as possible and will follow the policies as I expect you too.
