The pricing for being over a month late for a retie is quoted by every month you're late you pay for a full retie. So if you're 3 months late you will pay 3 months worth of reties.

If you have checked my booking and it says its nothing opened to 2026 or *the next year* then that just means I'm booked for the month. You're not out of luck. I am still accepting clients and appointments. My books open the 1st of the month, the month prior. February open Jan 1st March opens Feb 1st April Opens March 1st and so on. You MUST have your consultation prior to the date the months open or you will have to book for the next month. You are able to get on te waitlist for any cancellations.

TBG Microlocs Extensions is done in a seamless technique that I offer. This technique is done to ensure the density of the extensions added matches the density of your hair. It will grow your locs as your hair would and is used to prevent traction alopecia. Everyones head is unique, so I do everything in my power to make sure your head have the healthiest install.

I do service kids with some exceptions.

Similar to Microlocs, Microlocs extensions are small dreadlocks that is started off with 100% Afro Kinky human hair extensions and comes in 2 styles. Microlocs Twist and Microlocs Braids. Both are started off with a small plait and the twist is continued with a full twist and the braids is continued with a full braid and a small twist to seal the ends and give it a curl. They are both interlocked at the root and maintained with interlocking. An extended braid down is offered for this service to avoided slippage with certain hair types.

The short answer is yes, I am accepting new clients. If my bookings are closed that means I'm booked for that month and the next month has not opened. Please read the question below as it gives details of me accepting new installs clients but non retie clients.

An install can take anywhere from 10 hours - 24 hours (split into 2 days). This is usually determined by style of microlocs, parts size, length, head size, and fullness of hair. Natural hair is usually finished in one day while extensions can be a 2 day process. You will get a specific time frame during consultation.

I am accepting new clients for installs only. I am completely booked for maintenance and install and im not accepting new client but if you would like me to do your foundation then I am accepting clients for that. Book a consultation or call 706-206-5764 to understand how that works.

To book an appointment for an install you must first book your consultation. You can only book an install AFTER I have given you the go.

Reties are every 4-6 week with some exceptions. Any exceptions on earlier or later dates will have to be given to you during your 4 week check in or ay time after that retie.

Microlocs are small dreadlocks that can be install with wither twists, braids, or coiled. Im specialized in the twist and braided microlocs. The twist is started off with w small plait and then is twist the whole way down. The braids are stated off with a full braid and then a small twist is placed at the end. They are both maintained with interlocking at the root. This is meant to be a permanent style but all locks can be undone with specific tools and patience. I do not take Microlocs out.

Microlocs and Sisterlocks differ in size, cost, and technique used to install. Sisterlocks is trademarked and uses a specific grid and technique (interlocking) to set the foundation of the locks. Sisterlocks as a whole is more intricate than Microlocs. You must be certified by a specific person to practice Sisterlocks. The cost varied and because of the specific technique used for Sisterlocks it usually takes longer to install than microlocs. Microlocs on the other hand doesn't follow a specific grid, is installed with twist, braids, or coils, and can have extensions added. The cost varies. Microlocs are looked at as a middle man of Sisterlocks and Traditional Locs.

To book a consultation you will click "consultation" under the Microlocs tab. You will then book a virtual Consultation. An in-person consultation can be booked after the virtual consultation please lmk during the virtual consultation. In the consultation we will discuss microlocs, the process, the aftercare, and what I would recommend for your hair. IT IS REQUIRED before booking install.

Microlocs is low maintenance. Aftercare can differ based on each head of microlocs. You will be given an aftercare package when you leave.

Over time the foundation of twists/braids will mat together, swell, and mature into a small loc. Even with the extensions, you will never notice it is not your real hair. It will loc with your natural hair and flourish as if grew out the scalp. This is why a seamless method is used. You can eventually cut the extension out but its not required. All the different microlocs will age beautifully into small locs. The curly ends that are seen on natural hair can be kept as well when aging by just combing out the end of the loc one it reaches maturity.

Microlocs are maintained with interlocking every 4-6 weeks.

Depending on the condition of your hair you can get microlocs with straighter textures. It may just require you to have to get extensions.
